Check-in is from 14:00 PM. Late check-out is available until 10:00 AM for an additional fee. Early check-in is subject to availability.

Payment & Security
All outstanding fees must be settled before departure. No cash accepted; payment must be made via card or approved method. Deposits may be used to cover damages, lost items, or penalties.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Penalty for smoking in rooms: R250 cleaning fee

Quiet Hours
Please respect other guests and staff. No excessive noise or disruptive behavior. Quiet hours: 21:00 – 06:00

Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for all damage or excessive dirt. Damage fee: up to R1,000 per incident. Lost keys or remotes: Penalty: R1,000
